Mr. Saltzen graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1987 with a degree in Nautical Science and a commission as an officer in the United States Naval Reserve. In 1991 he graduated from the McGeorge School of Law (University of the Pacific) and entered private practice. As a member of the California State bar, he has been, and is, dedicated to assisting disabled individuals of the greater Sacramento metropolitan area and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
Mr. Saltzen has over 15 years experience with Social Security Disability and Supplemental Insurance claims including Administrative Law Judge hearings, Appeals Council review and actions in Federal District Court. Mr. Saltzen also is approaching two decades of experience with California Workers' Compensation claims including conference, trials, rating cross-examination and all levels of appellate work. He handles basic and complex claims including multiple employers, cumulative injuries, uninsured employers, subsequent injuries benefits, and third party offsets.
As office manager, Kay brings years of legal experience and an understanding of the unique needs of our clients. She is there to answer your questions and provide an understanding of what can otherwise be an overwhelming process.
